Office Water Damage on Caret

Water damage in this Corpus Christi office was quickly mitigated and restored by our SERVPRO of Corpus Christi East team. When water sits under carpet (or really any flooring) it can quickly be a breeding ground for mold. We used fans and dehumidifiers to remove excess water and then assessed if we needed to remove the flooring. Because the damage was significant we removed the carpet to ensure that it would be taken care of properly and the homeowner would not have any future problems. The homeowner was happy we took the disposed of materials and they did not need to worry about it.
